HIV diagnoses on the rise

The Health Protection Agency has said that the number of HIV diagnoses among men who have sex with men has reached an "all-time high" of 3,010 last year. The "crucial" role of HIV testing and use of condoms in prevention along with early diagnosis of the disease, is highlighted in these figures.  96,000 is the total number of people living with diagnosed HIV in the UK.
