How to use Safe & Sound Foam Ear Plugs:

• Gently squeeze one end and insert carefully into ear. Foam will slowly and gently expand to fit.

• Wash with warm soapy water, rinse well with clean water and allow to dry naturally.

• Consult a doctor before use where the user has a perforated ear drum or where any other medical condition is present.

• Close adult supervision is required when used by children.
