I have been with Weldricks since January 2021, I started as a Trainee Pharmacy Assistant within a Branch and completed my Level 2 Pharmacy Assistant Qualification in 2022. I went on to complete a Level 2 qualification in the Principles of Team Leading and took on the role of Supervisor with in the Branch. I became the Learning and Development Co-Ordinator in November 2023, part of my role is to ensure compliance of Statutory and Mandatory training across the company.

I enjoy public speaking and organise and run training events for employees. I work closely with apprenticeship providers, allowing us to offer employees the opportunity to complete the Level 3 Pharmacy Technician Apprenticeship. I am an advocate for Patient Safety and working to a Just Culture.

When not at work, you can usually find me with my nose in a book or working on some craft project.
