All delivery dates are estimates and NOT guaranteed, unless the Next Day service is selected and paid for. Please note not every item is eligible for Special Next Day Delivery, the customer care staff will contact you if this option is selected but cannot be fulfilled.

Standard Delivery

Fully tracked 3-5 working days from date of dispatch - not guaranteed

98% of orders are dispatched within 3 working days and normally delivered to your chosen address within 5 working days.

FREE for orders over £35 (£3.19 if under £35).

Tracked and Signed

Cannot be used for orders containing more than 2 aerosols.

2-3 working days from dispatch - not guaranteed. Signature required on delivery

Please note dispatch is usually within 1-3 working days from ordering. The 2-3 working days for tracked and signed delivery is on top of the dispatch timescales.

Next Day Delivery

Not available on orders containing more than 2 aerosols to Ireland and the off shore islands of England and Scotland.

Guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm on orders placed before 3.30pm Monday - Thursday.

Orders placed on a Friday will require special delivery next day Saturday service.

Signature required on delivery. (Deliveries not made on Sundays or Bank Holidays)

All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail, with the exception of those orders containing more than 2 aerosols and heavy/bulky packages and for these our alternative delivery partner UK Mail is used.

Customers will receive an email on dispatch with their UK Mail tracking number and contact details.

Pass My Parcel

Parcels are delivered 1-3 working days after dispatch, the in-store collection is available for orders up to 15kg. Orders dispatched using this delivery option will usually be available next day Monday to Friday at the collection point of your choice, however, this is not guaranteed. A collection e-mail will be sent with collection details when your parcel is in store. This e-mail contains a Unique reference code which must be used to verify your identity.

Deliveries of 2 or more aerosols to Mainland Scotland (excludes Highlands) will incur an additional 85p will be charged per order to Mainland Scotland.

Deliveries of 2 or more aerosols to Northern Ireland and the off shore islands of England and Scotland (including Highlands) will incur additional charges. Customer Services will contact customers with further information once an order is received.

Collection at the Pharmacy

You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect. Please note the collection date and time on the e-mail as the item will not be ready to collect until after this point. Pop into your chosen Weldricks Pharmacy to collect your goods at a time convenient to you. Please note we will be unable to dispatch orders to branches Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.

Private Prescriptions follow the same charges as normal transactions.

Heavy items

Heavy items will be sent using our alternative courier, UK Mail. Additional charges may apply. Customer Services will contact customers if this is the case.

Liquids and Aerosols

Orders containing more than 2 aerosols cannot be sent using Royal Mail Next Day Delivery and so will be sent using UK Mail – additional charges will apply. Customer Services will contact customers with further information once an order is received.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver aerosols internationally, to Northern Ireland or to the off shore islands of England and Scotland. We can, however, still deliver to the Scottish Highlands mainland but due to a change of courier service a postage charge may occur, please call our customer services team for more information on 0808 164 3211.

Patterson's Medical Products

Orders containing Wheelchairs and Rollators can only be delivered to the UK and Northern Ireland.

Patterson Medical products are delivered directly to the customer by Patterson Medical; by ordering these products the customer gives HI Weldrick Ltd. permission to pass on their name and postal address to Patterson Medical for delivery purposes only.

These items are exempt from the Special Next Day delivery service; our Customer Service Team will contact customers directly with an estimated date for delivery.

Delivery outside of the UK

We regret that since The European Union Falsified Medicines Directive (FMD) (2011/62/EU) (1) was implemented in the UK on 1st June 2015 we are not allowed to supply UK licensed medicines to any other EU member state, this is because medicines licensed for the UK are not normally licensed for another EU country. Outside of the EU Member states the directive also gives us the legal responsibility to check an importing country will accept UK licensed medicine. As there is no simple way of checking daily compliance we are not able to accept medicines orders online for non-UK destinations but you may still contact our customer services using this email address customerservices@weldricks.co.uk with your enquiry for us to investigate. We are still able to supply toiletries by online order.

Customs Restrictions and Taxes

Certain countries place restrictions on the types of products that may be posted into them, we cannot be held responsible if the goods are seized by customs. It is the responsibility of the customer to check their own Customs and Excise restrictions. Weldricks Pharmacy cannot be held responsible if the goods are seized by customs or returned to us. In this instance delivery charges will not be refunded.

Import duties and taxes may have to be paid in some countries, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay these charges.

Due to FDA regulations and US Customs we cannot guarantee supply of any medicines to the US or Canada.

Postage Insurance

Unfortunately, your order is only covered for contents up to £50, international orders are only covered for up to £20. If any package is of a higher value than this, then it is the responsibility of the customer to obtain additional postal insurance. Details of these costs can be gained by contacting our Customer Service Department.
