Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette and Cologne Explained
The name on the bottle tells you how concentrated the fragrance is. Here they are from strongest to lightest.

The same scent can smell slightly different across concentrations, so an EDT and an EDP of the same name aren't always interchangeable.

A travel size perfume spray usually holds the same fragrance as the full bottle in a smaller, lighter container. Choosing a Men's Fragrance
In the UK, men's fragrance is often called aftershave, but the two aren't quite the same thing. An eau de toilette is worn for its scent.
