• Preparation: Always wash your hands thoroughly before applying.
• First Use: Break the tamper-evident seal on the pump. Turn the pump in a clockwise direction and press the nozzle down several times until the cream is dispensed. It is normal to need to press the nozzle up to ten times for the first use.
• Application: Apply AproDerm Emollient Cream 50g regularly, liberally, and frequently (at least 3 times a day) to the affected area. Use gentle strokes, following the direction of hair growth.
• Avoid Rubbing: Do not rub the cream vigorously into the skin. Rubbing can generate heat, potentially causing further irritation and itching, and may block hair follicles, leading to folliculitis (inflammation of the hair follicles).
• Allow Absorption: Leave a thin layer of cream on the skin to soak in until the skin glistens; this usually takes about 10 minutes.
