ZINPLEX® tablets help to maintain immune function and good health.
Zinc picolinate is an essential element of nutrition that assists in connective tissue formation, the maintenance of a healthy skin, together with immune function and good health. It also assists the body to metabolise carbohydrates, fats and protein.
Selenium is a necessary trace element that acts as an antioxidant assisting with the maintenance of good health.

Always take ZINPLEX® Tablets exactly as the instruction on the label or your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
The usual dose is:
Children 6-8 years: 1 tablet daily
Children 9-13 years: 1-2 tablets daily
Adults: 3 tablets daily
It is recommended to take ZINPLEX® Tablets at the same time every day for best results.
Take with food.
Take 3 hours before or after taking other medicines.
Zinc and selenium are considered safe if taken at the recommended dosage.
Nutritional supplementation should not replace a balanced diet.
Taking multiple supplements and multivitamins may cause a cumulative intake of certain nutrients and or substances.
Do not exceed the indicated dose except on medical advice from a healthcare professional.
Consult your medical practitioner first if you are using other medicines.
The active substances per tablet are: Zinc picolinate 39.6 mg (equivalent to 8.3 mg elemental zinc), Selenium AAC 2 % 1 mg (equivalent to 20 µg elemental selenium)
The other ingredients are: dicalcium phosphate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyvinyl pyrrolidone K30, sodium starch glycolate
