Cystitis

Cystitis, also known as a urinary tract infection, is characterised by pain when urinating as well as in the abdomen. It can be relatively common in women, but much less so in men, and is caused by inflammation of the bladder. Despite the discomfort it can cause, it is not usually a major concern, and mild cases will often clear up after a few days.

It is not always necessary to visit your GP, although more serious or recurring cases may require a course of antibiotics or other cystitis medication. However, treatment for cystitis is also available in various over-the-counter forms, including liquids and sachets. Weldricks offer a range of cystitis relief products which can be found below and delivered directly to your door.
