Sterimar Hayfever & Allergy Relief is an isotonic solution that helps clear and cleanse nasal passages, eliminating allergens in contact with nasal lining (pollen, dust, dust mites, pet hair…).

Sterimar Hayfever & Allergy Relief Nasal Spray helps prevent allergic reactions from reoccurring by washing out nasal cavities.

**Isotonic solution: solution with the same salt concentration as cells in the human body.

On first use, prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle.

For easy breathing and to moisturise the nasal mucosa:

Keeping the head straight, gently put the nozzle in the nostril. Spray once or twice in each nostril. Let any excess solution flow out and then blow your nose.

For a deeper cleansing of the nasal cavities:

Keeping the head tilted to one side, gently put the nozzle in the upper nostril. Spray once for 2 to 3 seconds. Let any excess solution flow out then blow your nose.

After each use, clean the nozzle in hot soapy water, then rinse and dry with a clean and soft cloth.

Use 2 to 6 times a day for as long as needed or as long as your doctor recommends.

Pressurised container: may burst if heated. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. Do not pierce or burn, even after use.
