Sudafed Congestion & Headache Relief Max Strength Capsules with Phenylephrine hydrochloride, Caffeine and Paracetamol, help relieve the symptoms of pain and congestion caused by sinusitis, which include stuffy nose, blocked sinuses, headache, fever, aches and pains. The capsules can also relieve tiredness and drowsiness.

Sounds like a head cold. 

When your cold feels like it’s taken over your entire head, even the simplest tasks seem to take longer and require more effort than usual. That’s not surprising – head colds bring many unpleasant symptoms with them. Pressure builds up in your head, making it feel swollen and heavy. It’s also likely that you’ll have a blocked nose, which adds to the pressure you’re feeling. Sudafed capsules have been specially designed to help unblock your nose, relieve the tension, lift the pain and pressure away, and help get you feeling like your normal self again.

Adults and children aged 12 years and over: 

Take 2 capsules every 4 hours as required. Leave at least 4 hours between doses. 

Do not take more than 8 capsules in 24 hours.

Do not give to children under 12 years.

Do not take anything else containing paracetamol while taking this medicine. Talk to a doctor at once if you take too much of this medicine, even if you feel well.

500 mg paracetamol, 25 mg caffeine and 6.1 mg phenylephrine hydrochloride per capsule. Other ingredients are: maize starch, croscarmellose sodium, sodium laurilsulfate, magnesium stearate, talc, gelatin, titanium dioxide (E171), quinoline yellow (E104), Patent Blue V (E131), erythrosine (E127) and indigo carmine (E132).
