Vagisil medicated creme has been formulated to give prompt, effective relief from the discomfort of minor itching, burning, and other irritations of the external area surrounding the vagina. The fast-acting anaesthetic formula goes to work in seconds to stop the itching...cool the burning...soothe irritation.

Vagisil creme forms a protective film over irritated tissue to reduce the chance of further irritation.

Vagisil is lightly scented, non-staining and greaseless.

How much Vagisil Creme to use:

• Usually a 3-5 cm strip of cream is sufficient to treat the affected area 
• You can repeat the treatment as needed 3 to 4 times daily for up to one week

Do not use Vagisil:

• For more than one week
• On large body areas
• On the eyes

If you have general itching all over your body, consult your doctor

If symptoms persist for more than one week, consult your doctor. On rare occasions a persistent itch may be a sign of another condition that only your doctor can diagnose and treat.

Vagisil should only be used on adults and children over the age of 12 years

On very rare occasions, the use of Vagisil can result in a skin reaction called sensitivity. This could become apparent by reddening of the skin, minor swelling, blistering, or through an intensification of the itch. In the unlikely event that you experience these symptoms, stop using Vagisil and consult your doctor for advice
