Set Up

1. Get our app from the App Store or Google Play
2. Login with your NHS login, or follow the on-screen steps to create your NHS login.*
3. Your medicines available to order will automatically appear in your app from your GP record.
4. Order your medicines.
5. We will let you know when your medicines are ready. 

Using your app

• The app will remind you to take your medicines and you will also receive a reminder to place a repeat order 7 days before your medication is due.
• Securely chat with your local pharmacy, order repeat prescriptions & book services for yourself and any dependants. Keep everyone’s medicines in one place, so you have time for what matters most
• See the step by step status of your order and receive a notification informing you when your prescriptions are ready to collect in your pharmacy
