A Message from our Managing Director
Weldricks Pharmacy was founded by my father and continues to remain family owned, focussed on delivering quality healthcare services in the heart of our local communities across and online for customers who live across the UK.
I am proud to have grown up in Doncaster, attending McCauley School in Cantley. I worked in the family business at every opportunity, after school, weekends and in the school holidays, spending time in the Pharmacies, Branch Support Centre, warehouse and on the van-run delivering stock and prescriptions to patients.
After completing my A levels, I spent 3 years at the School of Pharmacy, De Montfort University Leicester, qualified as a Pharmacist in 2000. Progressing from Relief Pharmacist to Branch pharmacist, Area Support Pharmacist, Business Development Director and then Managing Director in 2011.
My progression within Weldricks is not unique, our Head of Operations, Head of buying and Head of E-Commerce all started with Weldricks in more junior positions, a number of which have now been working for Weldricks for over 25 years!
