Neilmed Sinus Rinse Extra Strength 70 Premixed Hypertonic Packets

Sinus rinse hypertonic refills are premixed sachets of USP grade sodium chloride and sodium bicarbonate. When used with our 240 ml sinus rinse bottle it creates a hypertonic (higher concentration) solution. The higher concentration of salt reduces the swelling and aids in drawing fluid and excess mucus out of the nasal passages. Nasal irrigation is an excellent way to cleanse mucus from the nose making medications more effective. They also clean allergens, irritants, bacteria and viruses from the nose reducing the frequency of infection.

DO NOT USE TAP WATER UNLESS STERILIZED BY BOILING

For your safety, do not use tap or faucet water for dissolving the mixture unless it has been previously boiled for five minutes or more and then cooled to lukewarm or body temperature, as boiling sterilizes the water. Other choices are distilled, micro-filtered (through 0.2 micron), reverse osmosis filtered, or commercially bottled water.

Each device must be used only by one user; do not share this product with others

Rinse your nose gently

Not recommended for first time users. NeilMed's Isotonic Sinus Rinse is appropriate for first time users.

Do not rinse if nasal passages are completely blocked or if you have an ear infection or blocked ears.

Contact your physician prior to using if you recently had ear or sinus surgery, or if you experience any ear pressure or nasal burning while using.
