What is Polar Frost?

Polar Frost is a gel specially formulated to provide soothing relief for soft tissue stress injuries, muscle tension, inflammation and stiffness.

Polar Frost Gel has traditional cold therapy benefits and consists of natural active ingredients Menthol and Aloe Vera. Pharmacologists have for ages known the long acting cooling effects of Menthol. Whilst, Aloe Vera has an anti-inflammatory effect and keeps the skin smooth and moist throughout treatment.

Massage a thin layer of Polar Frost Cold Gel into the painful area.

Repeat application every three hours for 3-5 days, as needed


Contact with eyes, mucous membranes, wounds and irritated skin will cause pain.

Wash eye with water for 15 minutes if the product comes into contact with them. Seek medical attention if irritation still exists.

If ingested induce vomitting and administer a saline laxative and activated charcoal by mouth.
