Tiredness is not always caused by a lack of sleep or rest. There may be underlying medical reasons, so if tiredness persists, consult your doctor.

Can I take Pro Plus Caffeine Tablets with other caffeinated products?

It's important to monitor your total caffeine intake. Do not exceed 400mg of caffeine per day, if you are a healthy adult, from all sources, including coffee, tea, energy drinks, and other supplements. Exceeding this limit may increase the risk of side effects and is dangerous. 

Directions

For adults and children aged 16 and over

Take 2 tablets - that's 100mg of caffiene, equivalent to 1 cup of strong coffee. 
Can be taken with or without water.

Wait 45 mins for it to kick in
Do not take more than 2 tablets in 3 hours

You can take up to 8 tablets a day - which is 400mg of caffeine. Be careful not to exceed the recommended dose with carbonated drinks or coffee.

Warnings

Do not take Pro Plus if you are pregnant or breast feeding.

If you don't usually take caffeine or are sensitive to caffeine you may be more likely to experience side effects.
