Suck or chew the Setlers Antacid Tablets

Dosage:

Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years: Take 1 - 2 tablets when required (max. 8 per day)

Children 6 - 12 years: Take 1 tablet when required (max. 4 per day)

Do not exceed the stated dose

If you take too many tablets, seek medical advice

Before taking Setlers Antacid Tablets:

Do not use Setlers Antacid tablets if you have: Poor kidney function, are taking cardiac glycosides (e.g. digoxin), are on a low phosphate diet, are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients or have high calcium levels in the blood. Contains 0.47g sucrose per tablet, unsuitable for people with sugar intolerance.

Consult your doctor or pharmacist: If you are taking any other medication, particularly tetracyclines, bisphosphonates, fluoroquinolones or drugs which increase urine output, notice any unwanted effects, or if your symptoms persist..

Setlers Antacid tablets can occasionally cause constipation. Prolonged use and high doses may cause complications.

Active ingredient per tablet: Calcium Carbonate 500mg.

Also contains: Sucrose, Glucose, Maize Starch, Maltodextrin, Talc, Magnesium Stearate, Peppermint Flavour, Adipic Acid.
