Are Vivid Electronic Cigarettes safe?

E-cigarettes do not contain the thousands of carcinogens that are produced when you light a regular cigarette. They contain only a few ingredients, the main one is water, then nicotine in a solution ranging from 18mg/ml to zero. In addition there is propylene glycol, a colourless and odourless liquid that is used in the pharmaceutical and food industries which produces the smoke-like vapour when it is heated by the battery in an electronic cigarette.

Every Vivid e-liquid bottle contains a solution of water, nicotine, propylene glycol (a liquid used in the food and pharmaceutical industries) and flavour. When you inhale using the Vivid Electronic Cigarette a small battery powered heater warms the e-liquid and makes a smoke like vapour.

Filling the Vivid Electronic Cigarette

The clearomiser should be refilled with e-liquid when there is less than 0.6ml left in the Clearomiser.

Do not inject over 1.6ml of e-liquid into the Clearomiser.

Unscrew the mouthpiece of the clearomiser by turning in an anticlockwise direction.
Inject e-liquid into the clearomiser. Keep away from the air outlet hole in the middle whilst injecting the e-liquid.
Screw the mouthpiece back onto the clearomiser in a clockwise direction.

Operating the Vivid Electronic Cigarette

Turn the Electronic Cigarette on by pressing the button on the side 5 times. The light will illuminate blue if the unit is fully charged and red if it is running low on power. When you want to inhale press the button, draw from the mouthpiece and enjoy. If you’ve overdone it a little and taken a ten second puff on the electronic cigarette the unit will shut off for a brief period of time as a built in safety feature.

The Self Locking Button

The Vivid Electronic Cigarette is self locking and will not work in lock mode even if the operation button is pressed.

To Unlock: Press the operation button 5 times within 3 seconds.

To Lock: Press the operation button 5 times within 3 seconds

Other Functions

Low-voltage indicator: When voltage is lower than 3.3V, red LED will flash 3 times to remind you to recharge.
Excessive Smoking Indicator: If you smoke the VIVID e-cigarette for 10 seconds continually the LED will flash 3 times and the battery will cut off for a short period of time.
Power Cut Protection: The battery will stop working during charging to avoid losing charge in the event of a power cut.
Charging: Connect the battery to the charger. When the battery is connected the battery LED flashes 3 times and the charger light glows. The battery LED does not function during charging. When the battery is fully charged, the charger light glows. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours to complete.

Clean regularly with a damp, lint free cloth. Avoid getting dust into the battery assembly.
