The information below is provided based on courier recommended postage dates for mail to arrive in time for Christmas.
Orders may be delayed over the Christmas period due to supplier downtime, but we will keep you informed of any delays with your order. Any orders made between Christmas and New Year are subject to delay as there are no Royal Mail collections on 25th & 26th December 2023 or Monday 1 January 2024. Royal Mail and DPD will also not be Delivering on the public holidays 25 & 26 December and the 1 January 2024. Additionally, the 2 January 2024 in Scotland.
Normal services are to resume on Tuesday, 2nd January 2024 (except Scotland where there will be no deliveries or collections due to the bank holiday).
In order to ensure we have enough time to process and dispatch your prescription order, we must receive your prescription on or before Friday 15th December.
