Description

BetterYou Magnesium Flakes dissolve easily into warm water to create a relaxing bath or foot soak. Made from 100% pure magnesium chloride, they are a simple way to enjoy a restorative soak as part of a post-exercise or evening wind-down routine.

After soaking, the skin can feel pleasant, smooth and supple. The flakes are free from parabens, synthetic colours, synthetic fragrances and preservatives, and are dermatologically tested.

How do I use BetterYou Magnesium Flakes?

Dissolve 250g into a warm bath, or 150g into a foot soak (approx. 5 litres of water), and relax for around 20 minutes. BetterYou recommends a magnesium soak 2 to 3 times a week.

Can I take these flakes orally?

No. BetterYou Magnesium Flakes are designed to be dissolved in water for a bath or foot soak, and are not intended to be taken by mouth. BetterYou offers separate oral magnesium products for that purpose.

What is the "magnesium tingle"?

On first use, you may notice a slight tingling sensation. BetterYou describes this as normal and says it tends to pass with regular use. If irritation occurs, stop use.

Are these flakes suitable for vegans?

Directions
For a bath Dissolve 250g (roughly 2 cups) into a warm bath. Relax for 20 minutes.
For a foot soak Dissolve 150g (roughly 1 cup) into approx. 5 litres of warm water, enough to cover the feet. Relax for 20 minutes.
How often 2 to 3 magnesium soaks per week. Increase the amount for a more intensive soak.
