Leukoplast barrier helps keep bacteria away, is skin-friendly and breathable. It will protect the injury whilst washing and showering and forms a bacterial barrier.  This waterproof, dirt repellent dressing protects against contamination and helps prevent wound infection.

Wash and dry your hands prior to commencing any treatment

Rinse the wound carefully with water, try not to rub the affected area

Pat area dry with a clean towel

Carefully remove any small pieces of debris (grit or splinters etc)

Cover the affected area with an absorbent dressing (eg. plaster) 

Always apply to clean wounds
