This product always gets me thru a night when I have the flu or a cold… my trusted Night Nurse. I feel drowsy a little the next morning, but worth it to have such a good night. It seems to clear up and running liquids in the nose and makes it so easy to breath Customer services are always helpful and so polite and friendly…. When I first ordered from them online I did not think that the service would be like this. Thank you
