Swallow the tablets whole with water. Do not chew.
Two tablets, one hour before you go to bed.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Ingredients
Hop strobile (Humulus lupulus L.), Methanol, Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis L.), Ethanol, Passion Flower herb (Passiflora incarnata L.), Maltodextrin, colloidal anhydrous silica, Calcium hydrogen phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, magnesium stearate. Flim-coating: Polyethylene glycol 400, Hypromellose 4500, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, iron oxides (E172), titanium dioxide (E171).
