How to use Sterimar Congestion Relief Sea Water Nasal Spray 50ml:

• Prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle until a fine mist is obtained.
• Insert the nozzle gently into one nostril.
• Press the nozzle briefly.
• Allow any excess solution to drain before blowing your nose.
• Repeat in the other nostril.
• Clean the nozzle after application with soapy water, rinse, and dry.

Use 2 to 3 times a day for each nostril, for 2 to 6 days. After this period, you may wish to switch to an isotonic product for daily nasal hygiene.

Important Warnings and Precautions:

• For adult and child 3 years & over.
• Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
• If symptoms persist for more than 5 days for babies and 10 days for children & adults, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
• After each use, clean the nozzle with hot water and dry.
• If using for a cold or sinusitis, it is recommended to blow your nose before using the product.
• Discard 6 months after first opening.
