YourFIBRE Ispaghula Husk Orange Flavour Pack of 30

YourFibre is a bulking agent and an excellent source of water-soluble fibre in a pleasant tasting orange flavour food supplement.

Mix one sachet in about 150ml (quarter pint) of cool water, stir briskly and drink immediately. Follow with an additional glass of liquid.

Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years: Take as directed above, one to three times a day. Please ensure a minimum of 6-8 glasses of water are consumed daily when increasing dietary fibre.

If taking any medication, please wait one hour before taking YourFibre. Contains a source of phenylalanine. YourFIBRE is a food supplement and should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.
