The usual dose for adults and children over 12 years:
As a maintenance dose: Take two tablets daily, preferably one tablet in the morning and one in the evening with a glass of water or as prescribed by your medical practitioner.
Do not exceed the recommended prescribed dosages.
A varied diet is the most effective and safe way to achieve good nutrition, health, body composition as well as mental and physical performance.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, please consult your doctor, pharmacist or other healthcare provider for advice before taking this medicine.
Each ZINPLEX® ZINMAG SE tablet contains the following active substances: Magnesium aspartate (equivalent to 108,5 mg elemental magnesium), Zinc Picolinate 59.6mg (equivalent to 12.52mg elemental Zinc), Potassium chloride (equivalent to 49,5 mg elemental potassium), α-Tocopherol acetate (equivalent to 25 mg Vitamin E), Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6), Copper sulphate (equivalent to 1 mg elemental copper), Selenium AAC 2 % (equivalent to 40 µg elemental selenium), Folic acid, Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12).
The other ingredients are: Dicalcium phosphate, magnesium stearate and sodium starch glycolate.
