I find these to be nice and small enough to go in the ear without forcing anything back as it doesn’t touch the side when entering the ear so it doesn’t push anything in, then you can gently rub against the sides in a circular motion and clear out any earwax you may have on the inside of your ear Customer services are always helpful and so polite and friendly…. When I first ordered from them online I did not think that the service would be like this. Thank you
