Apprentice Pharmacy Assistant
As a family owned Pharmacy business, we are proud to be offering Pharmacy Assistant Apprenticeship positions to support the local communities we operate in.
The Level 2 Pharmacy Assistant Apprenticeship offers successful applicants a minimum twelve-month position with the opportunity to study in a live virtual classroom environment, so candidates need to be competent in and have access to a computer.
Overview
A career in pharmacy is hugely rewarding; we speak from experience! That’s why here at Weldricks, we have created a training and support package for our apprentice colleagues to build the knowledge, skills and behaviours, along with on the job training, needed in the healthcare sector. Our Pharmacy Assistants are key in ensuring that Weldricks Pharmacy provide customers and patients with the highest quality care and advice within the communities our branches operate.
Duration
The apprenticeship will take a minimum of 12 months to complete
Entry requirements
GCSE Maths and English desired
Future Prospects
We are passionate about our people and believe in career development. Many of our Pharmacy Assistants move on to become Supervisors, Accuracy Checking Assistants/Technicians, or Dispensing Technicians too!
