Oily Fish Could Help Children Sleep Better

An article today in the Daily Mail states that taking oily fish capsules or eating oily fish could improve children’s quality of sleep, say researchers. Studies show that children taking the daily Omega 3 supplement had more sleep and less waking episodes per night compared with those on the placebo.
