As well as providing excellent customer care, we support the needs and expectations of our patients through the various local, enhanced, and essential NHS services. We provide a wide range of NHS services to meet the needs of our patients, including NMS, DMS, pharmacy first, contraception and Flu vaccinations, as well as private services such as flu, ear care and weight management programmes.

Each Weldricks Pharmacy has an experienced team to support you to offer an extended range of pharmacy services and deliver excellent customer care. Our Area Management team will be on hand to coach and support you to achieve great results and performance. Our local Branch Service Centre is always on hand to support your team and help with any problems or queries.

Branch

Located in Harworth, you will be working in a branch with a well-established team. Working 37 hours per week:

Tuesday 8.30am to 6.30pm, Wednesday 8.30am to 5.30pm, Thursday 8.30am to 6.30pm, Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm with 30 minutes for lunch each day.  You will be required to work 1 in 5 Saturday's  9.00am to 5.00pm with 30 minutes for lunch

Role

Ensure the safe and effective running of the branch
Provide line management to pharmacy staff
Assist in the promotion and delivery of services
Provide a great customer experience
Build good relationships with customers and other health professional

Requirements

Experience of working in a customer focused environment
Drive to be proactive in providing an array of services in a community pharmacy
A strong leader with good interpersonal skills
A positive “can do” attitude
Understanding of confidentiality
Able to demonstrate self-motivation and initiative

Advantageous  but not essential, training will be provided.     

Previous experience within a community pharmacy environment
An NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or accredited equivalent course
