Operations Support Assistant

Weldricks Pharmacy have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Support Assistant to join our growing teams in the Operations Department based at Mallard House, Doncaster.

This role will be 12 hours per week, 0900 to 1500 Wednesday and Thursday

Joining our team as an Operations Support Assistant , you will be responsible for:

Assisting with the collating, distribution and filing information received from our branches.

Completing daily, weekly, monthly reports and distribute to stakeholders

Maintain and update all information contained within the branch tills and assisting branches with queries.

 

What do you need? 

As our Operation Support Assistant ….. You will also have the following skills and attributes:

Excellent communication skills

Team player

Basic knowledge of Excell

Pass in English and Maths

Work in a fast-paced environment
