Health and Wellbeing Portal

There's been a rise in the number of reported mental health issues over the past 10 years, and it's well recognised that in many cases the main risks to people's health at work are psychological.

This has led to a growing recognition of the need for employer wellbeing practices to address the psychosocial, as well as the physical, aspects of health and wellbeing. We all play a part in managing Health and Safety at work - and we have a duty of care towards each other in the workplace. If you see a colleague struggling, be helpful and kind and contact HR if necessary.

If you or someone else is in crisis right now, please contact the Samaritans on 116 123 (free, 24/7) or visit your nearest A&E.

Not sure where to start?

Taking a few minutes to check in with yourself can be a helpful first step. The free NHS How Are You? quiz can help you understand how you're feeling and point you towards the right support.

Take the NHS How Are You? Quiz

We recognise that at one time or another everyone will experience, or know someone experiencing, difficult times where they need support and advice. If you or one of your colleagues need to speak to someone, they can contact our Human Resources team who will try to signpost them to services who can help with their individual circumstances.
