Webshop Supervisor

Weldricks is a family owned pharmacy with over 60 stores and more than 600 dedicated employees in stores across South Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and East Riding. We are now expanding the team of trainee and pharmacy assistants across the region and are keen to seek applicants who can bring something special to the team. THE ROLE

Do you want to be part of our number one rated team based on Trust Pilots "Drugs and Pharmacy" category ?

You will be part of our Web Shop team based in our Branch Service Centre, Doncaster. Ideally you will have supervisor/management experience.  

You must have Customer Service experience, great communication skills and be literate in English and Maths.

We are looking for friendly, professional and caring individuals who can provide a great service while working in a sometimes-pressured environment. You will know the importance of dealing with questions and queries with confidence and discretion, as you play an important part in the community.

Web Shop including customer care and technicians are adequately staffed liaising with relief team coordinator to ensure cover is arranged for periods of holiday and sickness

Supervise Customer care staff, ensuring all telephone calls and e-mails are answered promptly and dealt with in an appropriate manner.

Delegate to ensure customers are kept up to date with the movement of their orders and enquiries, ensuring baskets are checked daily to ensure any order over 3 days has had customer contact.

Oversee Web Shop Senior to ensure all customer orders are dealt with according to procedures.

Ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely manner on a day to day basis.

Prioritise workloads in accordance with time scales set by Head of Ecommerce.

Your working week will be Monday - Saturday.
