Very easy to order online, but I had a question and really appreciated immediately being able to speak to a human and not have to deal with a bot. Michael answered my question and I found him helpful and friendly. There are postage options always useful, where cost and timescales are important. I used DPD guaranteed Next Day, for a very reasonable charge and got my order without any problems. Despatch and tracking details are advised by email as soon as the order is placed and it seems even later orders can despatch same day. An all round excellent service.
