More About Weight Management Service

Managing weight isn’t easy—but you don’t have to do it alone. Our Weight Management Service is here to support you every step of the way.

Did you know that 1 in 4 adults in the UK live with obesity? This can increase the risk of serious health conditions such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and certain cancers. It can even reduce life expectancy by up to 10 years.

But there is hope—and we’re here to help you take control.

At Weldricks, we offer personalised guidance tailored to your needs, including expert advice on diet and physical activity. Where appropriate, we can also provide clinically approved weight loss medication to support your progress.

Your health matters. Your goals matter. Let’s make them happen together.

FAQs

What type of weight loss medication do you supply?

If a patient meets the approved criteria, we can supply prescription  only weight loss medications. Medications will be supplied alongside diet and exercise guidance.

How often will I need to order this medication?

If suitable, you will be provided with a month supply at each appointment. The pharmacist holding the consultation will book your next appointment before you leave, with this being 2-3 days before your current supply runs out.

How do I know what strength of injection I will need?

When you attend the pharmacist, you will be given an individual consultation with the pharmacist where they will assess the criteria to determine the correct strength for your weight loss journey.

Is it the same price for all the different strengths?

The price of the weight loss medications will vary depending on the strength provided.

Is this service different to the one’s I have seen online?

With an in-person consultation, you will have access to a personal consultation with a trained pharmacist who will support and guide you through the process. You will have access to this pharmacist throughout the month for any queries or concerns you may have.

You will also be able to take the medication away with you without having to wait for it to be delivered.
