I have worked for Weldricks Pharmacy for over 30 years, starting as a pharmacy assistant back in 1993 at our Moorends branch. Within 6 months I moved to our Stainforth branch and took up the position of supervisor. 25 years ago, I moved from a branch-based role into an operational role, working closely with our previous Director of Operations to successfully manage the retail operations. In 2013 I successfully completed an MBA and have used my learnings and experiences from this degree every day since.

My current role sees me managing all retail operational aspects of our business, including range, floor layouts, pricing, and plano-grams, working closely with my branch-based and head office colleagues, and the field and senior management team to ensure we have the correct over the counter ranges to meet the needs of the communities we are based in. My role also focuses on compliance; I am NEBOSH trained and manage Weldricks day to day Health and Safety requirements.
