These are standard Adaptil Calm Home refills, for use in the Adaptil Calm plug-in diffuser. The diffuser isn't included: if you don't have one yet, start with the Adaptil diffuser and refill set. What you get with the Adaptil Calm Refill 3 Pack:

• Three 48ml refills: about 30 days each, around three months in total
• Up to 70m² per refill: covers the main living area of most homes
• Continuous support: leave the diffuser switched on day and night
• No gaps between refills: a new vial is ready when the old one runs out

1. Screw the refill vial onto the Adaptil Calm diffuser unit.
2. Plug the diffuser into an electric socket in the room where your dog spends most time.
3. Leave the diffuser switched on continuously.
4. Replace the refill every month to keep support continuous.

Avoid plugging the diffuser in under shelves, behind doors, behind curtains or behind furniture, as it will not work. Check the diffuser monthly and replace it every six months.
