• Hold the pipette upright. Tap the narrow part of the pipette to ensure the contents remain within the main body of the pipette.
• Break the snap-off top along the score line.
• Part the coat on the animal’s back at the base of the neck, in front of the shoulder blades, until the skin is visible.
• Place the tip of the pipette on the skin and squeeze the pipette firmly several times to empty its contents directly onto the skin at one spot.
• Application at the base of the neck will minimise the opportunity for the animal to lick the product.
• Allow the application site to dry before touching your pet.
• Treat monthly for continuous protection.

Contraindications:

• Do not use on kittens less than 8 weeks old and/or weighing less than 1 kg.
• Do not use on sick or convalescent animals.
• Do not use on rabbits, as adverse reactions including death could occur.

Special Precautions for Use:

• This product is for external topical application only. Do not administer orally.
• Avoid contact with the animal's eyes. In the case of accidental eye contact, immediately wash out the eyes thoroughly with water.
• Keep treated animals away from fires and other sources of heat for at least 30 minutes following treatment or until the coat is dry.
• Animals should be weighed accurately prior to treatment.

Adverse Reactions:

• Temporary cosmetic effects such as clumping of the fur, or some white powdery deposits at the application site, may be observed after treatment.
• Licking the application site immediately after treatment may cause transient hypersalivation mainly attributable to the nature of the carrier.
• Local skin reactions (pruritus, alopecia) at the application site have been observed very rarely.

Special Precautions for Person Administering the Product:

• This product can cause neurotoxicity and gastrointestinal toxicity if accidentally ingested.
• Avoid contact with skin. If this occurs, wash hands thoroughly with soap and water immediately.
• Do not touch treated animals until the application site is dry, and do not allow children to play with treated animals until the application site is dry. It is therefore advisable to treat animals in the evening.
• Keep recently treated animals from sleeping with owners, especially children.
• Do not eat, drink, or smoke during application.
• Keep out of reach and sight of children.
