Thanks to a special hidden pocket inside the seamless underwear, you can easily insert a MoliCare® X-Change Pad, which will stay securely in place all day and is invisible. Simply look for the extra layer of fabric inside the pants and slip the pad into this pocket for increased absorbency and security for very light bladder weakness.
With 4 layers of protection and a special leakproof materials MoliCare® lady washable and absorbent underwear with x-change pads are designed to keep you feeling confident and dry for up to 12 hours*. The x-change pad contains the same technology as our disposable incontinence pads containing a mix of pulp fluff and super absorbent polymers which turn liquids into gel to lock away up to 30 teaspoons of urine (approx. 149 ml), all while neutralising odours.
