Just look for the layer of extra fabric inside the underwear and slip the pad into it for increased absorbency and security.

With 4 layers of protection and a special leakproof technique MoliCare® MEN Absorbent underwear with X-Change Pads is designed to keep you feeling confident and dry for up to 12 hours*. The X-Change Pad converts liquid into gel to reliably lock away up to 25 teaspoons (approx. 125 ml) of urine and neutralise odours.
