• Adults: Take one tablet daily.
• The recommended dose for children is as follows:
• More than 30kg: one tablet, dissolved in water, once to three times daily after meals.
• 10-30kg: half a tablet, dissolved in water, once to three times daily after meals.
• Less than 10kg: half a tablet, dissolved in water, once daily after a meal.

Method of Administration:

1. Dissolve one tablet completely in a glass of water.
2. Drink the solution immediately.
3. Take at least one hour before food or at least two hours after food.
4. Do not chew or swallow the tablet whole.

If you take more Solvazinc than you should, contact a doctor or pharmacist immediately. If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember, but do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten one.
