Thick & Easy Original Instant Food & Beverage Thickener 225g

Thick & Easy is designed to easily thicken foods and fluids for patients who have difficulty swallowing (dysphagia).

Recommended dosage - 1 level scoop = 1.5g

To thicken liquids: Sprinkle the recommended** amount of level scoops of powder into 200ml of liquid and stir briskly with a whisk or fork until dissolved. The liquid will thicken within 1 minute of mixing.

To thicken pureed foods: Add the desired quantity and blend until a smooth consistency develops.
