Smart breathing measurement at home
WellO2 MyBreath is a smart mouthpiece accessory designed for use with the WellO2 Steam Breathing Trainer. It enables you to measure and monitor lung muscle strength, airflow, and overall breathing capacity – helping you follow your progress and personalise your training.
The MyBreath mouthpiece works seamlessly with the free WellO2 app and is used just like a regular mouthpiece. Breathing tests are completed through the app, with results saved automatically for easy tracking.

The app is free to download from the App Store or Google Play and can be used with or without MyBreath.
