Warnings

Contraindications:

  • Do not use Zenrelia Tablet for Dogs 6.4mg in cases of hypersensitivity to the active substance, ilunocitinib, or to any of the excipients.
  • Do not use in dogs less than 12 months of age.
  • Do not use in dogs with evidence of immune suppression (e.g., hyperadrenocorticism) or with progressive neoplastic disease, as the active substance has immunomodulatory properties.
  • Do not use in pregnant or lactating bitches, or in breeding animals.

Special warnings for each target species:

  • Clinical signs of atopic dermatitis, such as itching and inflammation, are expected to improve within a few days of starting treatment. If there is no response within 14 days, the veterinary surgeon should re-evaluate the diagnosis and consider alternative treatments.
  • It is a veterinary medicinal product for dogs only. Do not use in other species.
