Head of HR

I joined Weldricks in May 2026 as Head of HR, bringing with me 14 years of experience with WM Morrisons Supermarkets Ltd, where I worked across a variety of management roles in both operations and people. During my career, I developed a particular passion for learning and development and employee relations.

I hold a degree in Law and Criminology, graduating in 2016, and am CIPD Level 5 qualified. In my role at Weldricks, I oversee recruitment, employee development, wellbeing, policies and the wider people and culture agenda across the company.

I am passionate about looking after our people and creating a positive working environment where employees feel valued, supported and have the opportunity to develop and reach their potential.
