Adults and children over 12: One tablet daily, with a meal. Dissolve one tablet in a glass of water (200ml).

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are breast feeding, pregnant, planning to become pregnant or taking any prescribed medicines. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects. Do not use if seal is broken. Replace cap after use.
