Before opening a new bottle of Aqualube Carmellose 0.5% Lubricating Eye Drops 10ml, please check the safety seal of the bottle is unbroken. It is important to read the patient information leaflet carefully before use.

• Wash and dry your hands well before use.
• Rotate the cap anti-clockwise to break the seal.
• Remove the cap.
• Tilt your head back and look up.
• Gently pull down the lower lid of the eye to form a small pocket between your eyelid and your eye.
• Hold the bottle between your thumb and middle finger of your other hand and apply moderate pressure to the bottle to release one to two drops of Aqualube eye drop into the pocket.
• Do not touch your eye or eyelid, surrounding areas or other surfaces with the dropper. It could infect the drops left in the bottle.
