How to Use Breathe Right Nasal Strips Extra Strength

For single use only. Can be used day or night. Correct placement ensures maximum performance. Be careful to place it neither too high nor too low.

• Step 1 Clean: Wash and dry your nose thoroughly to remove any dirt or oils.
• Step 2 Place: Remove the protective liner and place the adhesive side of the strip right above where your nose/nostril flares out.
• Step 3 Apply: Press down the ends of the strip and rub gently to secure it firmly in place.

Removing the Strip:

Remove your Breathe Right Nasal Strip while washing your face with warm water or when in the shower. Always remove the strip slowly. Loosen the ends first, then gently lift the strip from both sides.
