DPD Fridge line Deliveries via DPD PIN service
Thank you for your interest in this product.
The item you have selected is a refrigerated product. When the item is ready to dispatch we will send an email where you can choose your delivery date. You must be in to receive this delivery due to the temperature sensitive nature of this product.
- Fully tracked delivery Tuesday - Friday, please advise our customer service team as soon as possible of any days when someone will not be available at the delivery address.
- Our usual 3-5 working day processing time is still required to dispense fridge line orders.
- Insulated packaging, with ice packs, to ensure items arrive within correct storage temperature range.
- Once packed & labelled a PIN will be sent to you via SMS & email or via the DPD app, this must be given to the driver.
- You will receive notifications on the status of your delivery via SMS, email & the DPD app. Using the DPD app you can also track the parcel’s real-time location.
- The driver will require the 4-digit PIN code, so make sure members of the household are aware. The driver will enter the PIN into their handheld device & once confirmed the parcel(s) can then be released to you.
- If you don’t have the PIN to hand, then the driver can resend the PIN to the mobile number or e-mail originally entered on your order, this can only be done once.
- If you cannot give the driver the PIN, unfortunately the driver will be unable to hand over the parcel & it will be returned to us.
- Once dispatched, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the product is received & stored at the correct temperature.
