Pardale V Tablet (Controlled Drug) is for oral administration only.

Dosage and Administration:

• Administer 1 tablet per 20 kg (approximately 44 lbs) of your dog's bodyweight. This corresponds to 20 mg/kg paracetamol and 0.45 mg/kg codeine phosphate.
• Give the tablet every 8 hours.
• Do not exceed a maximum of 4 doses within a 24-hour period.
• The tablet can be divided into equal halves if needed to achieve the correct dose for your dog's weight.
• It is critical not to exceed the recommended dose. Always follow your veterinary surgeon's specific instructions.

Important Warnings for Pardale V Tablet (Controlled Drug):

• Prescription Only: This is a Prescription Only Medicine (POM-V) and a controlled drug (Schedule 5 CD). An original veterinary prescription is strictly required before dispensing.
• Not for Human Use: This medication is for animals only. Keep out of reach and sight of children.
• Contraindications: Do not use in dogs with severe kidney or liver impairment. Do not use in dogs weighing less than 5 kg. Avoid use if your dog has a known hypersensitivity to paracetamol, codeine, or any other ingredients. Do not use in dehydrated, hypovolaemic, or hypotensive animals due to increased risk of renal toxicity.
